Has anyone ever ordered from www.minibikeoutlet.com ??? I ordered a swingarm from there a week ago (11-14-09) and they emailed me a order confirmation right away, and charged my credit card right away, but i never recieved anything back from them that they shipped it or to give me a tracking # like there suposed to. I tried calling and leaving messages and emailing them, and i can get no response, and im starting to worry. The only thing i can think of is that maybe there out of the swingarm that i ordered. They looked like a legit company...soooo anyone got from them before?????? Thanks

had horrible experience with them. Go to the buyer and seller forum and there is a sticky on them i think. everyone has had a bad experience

I won one of their ebay auctions and asked for confirmation of shipment....and your right, they will not reply to emails or answer the phone.......then all of a sudden, the item showed up........kinda sketchy place....cool website tho

wow! thanks everyone.. i wish i woulda done more research on them before i gave them $390!!!! but there web site is so legit, i never thought twice. So i guess now im going to go to my bank first thing monday morning an see if theres any hope of getting my money back..

Here's the story. At one time, minibikeoutlet was a good company.

Then, it changed ownership.

While I've never met the new owners, there appears to be a long list of complaints on their business practices. Buyer beware.
