Stock kx 65 forks are made for a 65 lbs kid. You can get hd springs and a cartridge kit for $ 450.00,. Or you can get the kx 65 marzocchi forks and clamps for $ 750.00

Get stiff springs from any local shop and put racetech gold valve cartridge fork emulators. Then they will work good.

Send the 65 forks to Odi at Feal Suspension. Don't believe everything you read on here either. Most of it is BS from people who don't know what they are talking about. |

Ive had bolth & all i did to my kx65s was put 2inch pvc in each side & 20wt fork oil & they were preaty good & stoped on a dime. I have zokes now & havent got to ride on them yet but so far they seem preaty bomb. Id just mod the kx65's & run em!

I weighed 140 at the time & it was alil soft but way beter than just running em stock. I ran my rear shock super soft also. Id pick up a set of hd springs & 20wt oil & put it in & if its still to soft put 1 inch spacers on each side.

Professionally worked forks dialed in for you, even if they are 'lower end tech' will generally outperform bolt on 'high end' forks. If you're going to spend the money, spend it on having your forks setup for you.

A buddy of mine runs a set of pax built 65 forks. They are better than any zokes i have ridden and hands down the best mini front spench I have ridden. However like previously stated they were most likely bolt on zokes, possiibly stiffer springs, but not built for rider. You already have a good set of forks, just get them built for you and you will love them
