i have a 1989 single tube kx 80 frame i'm currently building up with a xr 100 motor, do you guys think its worth swapping the old spanked forks for something inverted? any body done this before? known issues, machining etc.
i've been looking at kx 100 forks to do the swap, heres a pic, just started last night, anybody have any suggestions on tank and plastic combos? i'm also looking for a xr 100 cdi and harness if anybody has on lying around PM me

i'm new to planet minis is this more appropriate for the xr 100 section? didn't get any response in the 2 stroke area so i figured i'd go where the action was
