noob ?, dont laugh...

what determines the bikes class? like 50, 110, 70 whatever.
is it the rear wheel size or the motor size? because the chinese based bike have like 110ccs in them or whatever else size but theyre still 50 based.

im confused lol

it depends on the racing organization!?! its kinda messy but as a start for open classes its rear wheel size. 10" or 12" classes
