So after riding at the S. Cali Piru Mx track for the last 2 months and fork over cash every time to go ride. You would think of all the talk about how cool, this track use to be like 2 years ago. So i start riding there and find that the track sucks and there is no one maintaining the mini track. I ride there 1 more time and just couldn't take it anymore. I went and found the owner, to my surprise he isn't the one that maintains the track. He owns it but doesn't maintain it. He has a track manager and informs me that he just bought the track 2 months prior. In a nut shell the track had gone threw 2 owners in the last 2 years. I asked him ( KEVEN KEIL ) what was up with mini track. He said that no one was doing any work on it and that they had plans to redo it. So i told him that i was down to help him with what ever he need to get it back to what it was. He said that was cool and we should keep in touch about the track. So i go to the following practice day and ripped around the ****ty track. Keven comes up at the end of my moto and ask me how it was, i informed him it was ****ty. Then we talked about the same track crap that we talked about earlier in the week. Then he offered me a job managing the mini track and getting it back to how it was before. So he could hold races like they did before. I was down sense works been slow. 2 and a half weeks go by of me watering and picking up 6 year olds all day. And it was the same talk about how we should do this and that. In the those 2 and half weeks allot of fathers and FELLOW riders kept coming up to me saying the same stuff. The dads were stoked there was someone on the top side of the track to watch there kids finally, and kept asking the same thing the riders were saying. What happen to the old track? I asked them what they exactly meant by old track. They informed me that the track use to be perfect and they walked me threw how it use to be. To find out that, that track manager guy ( Jesse ) Has a child that just started riding, and that he went threw and plowed the track and made it into a pw50 track instead of a all around mini track. HIS KID IS 12 AND RIDING A CR80!!!! Why would you plow everything? So the hole 2 and half weeks i'am there i offer what ever time i had which was allot to help or build it myself sense running there equipment wasn't hard at all. But the hole time it was the same thing oooh there is no time cause all the tractors are being used on the big Mx track. I finally realized after the same bull**** story over and over. That it wouldn't be happening anytime soon sense the track manager had no interest in building back up what he took down. And the owner not having enough time between his other business. So today i walked from the job and just wanted to let all you who i might have talked to or where planning on going there. It Sucks And i don't see it ever being what it use to be. But if your looking for a cool pw track i guess it might be prime for you. The gay thing is i took the job not for the money but to get the track back to racing conditions so i could practice and race there. Now i see why people in my area drive 2 hours away to go ride at the other tracks. Late

Come to NC,try to find ANY mini tracks and then you can bitch.

Yea we are spoiled in Cali i will admit. But we take our track conditions personal.

that sucks. i live close to it and wanted to ride it but now, screw that. does it really suck that bad? no jumps or anything?

nope no jumps at all. There are maybe 2 roller table tops but there is no way to get air off them because they are rolled so bad. Basiclly if you like flat track conditions then u might like it otherwise it sucks

50ryder420 knows he rides there with me and its just a PW50 track. If you are scared of jumps and maybe a some good riding dirt its perfect for you. The dirt is concrete and there is no jumps.
