Velocity suspension?

Anyone have any info for velocity suspension? I want to get my X4 set up since I have decided to hold on to it. Just curious about:

1. cost
2. turnaround time
3. where they are located
4. contact number

Thanks allot!

Re: Velocity suspension?

You are talking about Trailpimp? His name is Shane and he is in Colorado. He does great work and his number is: 1 303 593 1276.

Re: Velocity suspension?

Yes chiro beat me to it. Does excellent work! I have had a few things rebuilt and valved by him. You can email him also. velocityracing@msn.com He is very price competitive compared to the local suspension shops here in town (Denver)

Re: Velocity suspension?

Velocity is definitely the way to go I've had multiple suspension companies do my bikes over the years and Shane's work is top notch! He's the only person I let do my bikes now!

You are talking about an event promotion that has NOTHING to do with suspension work!!!!!!
I busted my butt to get the Pitbike races for AX last year and ultimately I was screwed by Live Nation on the deal. I lost alot of my own money trying to get that deal done, and contribute something to the sport. I apologized to you last year when it happened, even though it was completely out of my control.

That's a pretty shi77y thing to say. Sounds like he tried to make something happen and despite trying was unable. Sounds like you should have checked before driving 6 hours.

Re: Velocity suspension?

Yes that was kind of a low-blow. His suspension work speaks for itself. I use him exclusively.

Re: Velocity suspension?

Shane is seriously one of the coolest guys in this industry, he has helped me out numerous times both during races and just set up. He has always busted his butt to make stuff happen and the guy never asks for anything in return.

Might want to take the blasphemy elsewhere dude!

Re: Velocity suspension?

I have to brag a little on Shane. My kid weighs 65lbs and rides an 85. 85's are designed and built for 100 to 110lb kids. It is hard to get the suspension to work good for him and Shane did it. My boy has been on an 85 for about 2 years and never has his bikes worked like they do now (I have had 3 other companies do his suspension). It takes some knowledge to pull this off, Thanks alot Shane.

Re: Velocity suspension?

Just so you guys know, Shane gets on the forums intermittently. Seems like he's here a lot then not here for a while. I would say it's best to just call. He has always answered me and if not there, he called right back.

Re: Velocity suspension?

Thanks alot guys, best to call me since this is a public forum. Turn around time is usually less than a week, depending on the workload.
