100 price

Ok so i bought a 2006 CRF 100 from my friend who bought the bike brand new from the local dealership, rode it at his friends houses for a little bit, and ended up eventually leaving it at one of his friends houses for about 8-9 months. The bike has a total of about 15 hours on it. So one day, I'm riding with him and another one of my friends when he's talking about how much of a piece of crap the bike is, which it's really not. So i tell him i'll buy it from him for $400, and he says deal!! Long story short, I bring it home, clean it up, pull the carb apart, give it a realllllll good cleaning with some chem-dip (he left the gas on for those 8 months that it sat), put a new pilot jet in there, clean the air filter, adjust the valves, put in a new plug, and it runs awesome. So basically, the reason that i bought it was so that i could fix it up really nicely and sell it to make some money. Here is the list of parts and work that have been done/bought:
  • Extreme carb cleaning, plus pilot jet ($11)
  • Plug ($2)
  • Valve adjustment
  • Brand new clutch, rode to adjust, thats it. ($40)
  • New clutch perch and lever ($20)
  • Brand new chain and sprockets, 10 min of test riding on them. ($50)
  • Pro Taper SE bars and grips ($70)
  • Put on a new kickstand spring and new coat of paint on kickstand ($2)
  • Fresh Amsoil 10W-40
  • And of course, a realll good cleaning
So to get down to my point, how much do you guys think this bike is worth? I was hoping to get around $1000 for it, so I could make around $400 off of it. Also, I have the title for it in hand and it is clean. I just want some opinions so I have an idea of what to list it for. Thanks in advance.

Good memory, I thought I had already answered a post like this one. But anyway, I say asking $1000 would be fair. Try it and see how it goes, if nobody bites, drop it a bit.
