I called Jet Blue ahead of time to be sure I could travel with my bike. The said it would be fine, but when I showed up today they said no engines can be brought on a plane, TSA rules.

Now I am stuck sending the engine overnight UPS or FedEx, It is gonna cost about $250, such BS.

I better get a free flight or something out of this

I had to reschedule my flight for tomorow, I am gonna have to assemble my bike Thursday morning.

I wish I had gotten it in writing, I am a moron.

I hope the fact that I bought all the ticket is proof to them that I called and made thes plans under these pretenses.

In the end I was planning on spending $70 each way. I now have to overnight my engine and gas tank for $250, If I had known a week ago it had yo be sent via FedEx or UPS I could have shipped ground for $50, which is how it is getting home. So basicaly $300 instead of $140.

I also hope that fact that I would have clearly been able to work within their parameters once I learned them shows that I actually spoke to someone who mislead me.

I already talke to someone and they said to send in a complaint and tell them what kind of compensation i want and they will tell me what if anything they can do...

able to reimburse or compensate you for your inconvenience. If you could provide us with the name of
the crewmember that provided you with the incorrect information and the exact time of your call,
we'll be happy to do what we can to retrieve the call. In order to do so, we must have the name of
the crewmember and exact time of the call.

Minibikes have never been permitted as checked baggage. As such, we are truly at a loss to explain
how this information could have been given.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that future experiences with JetBlue will be positive and
wonderful.
