My Mood:  | Who is flying into vegas?
What are you bringing with you? I am working all this out in my head, and trying to make a list. What tools are you bringing? Can I bring my bike in the room? Will there be any power washers available? I am worried that something will break, will I have access to parts for sale? Will I be alotted a pit area to setup, etc? I am going to need a gas can and oil when I get there too I don't think I can pack those. Any input is appreciated. |

Bring all the tools you use for your bike- i'm always a safe never sorry kind of person you most likely will not be able to bring your bike in your room unless your room has out side access meaning you dont walk through the lobby. then yeah you could prolly sneak it in we do all the time in Dallas. some teams like us will have power washers avaliblew for us, but most likely you wont have acess to them, so if you know someone bringin one then try to use theirs or ride dirty... umm parts for sale dont count on too much CHP will have a few things, and i'm sure the other venders will have something and can help, but dont really count on it, anything you think may give you hell or break- bring extra, like i said safe never sorry. the pit, I'm not sure on because i go with CHP. i know you wont be allowed where the big names are, but you do get this free pit parking pass thing. and you can pit pretty close to the "big" pit area with the venders and all. but you will be able to find a place to pit oout side so dont worry about that. I'm just not exactly sure where you are and are not allowed to pit, but it is all really close right outside the arena. i guess you'll see when you get there. if you know anyone driving, have them take the gas can and oil and all. how is your bike getting there? your gas can should ride with it. My bike is coming on the plane, so I can only bring so much. The only time I have ever been on a plane was to go to BMX races. There was always parts available, you could bring th ebike in the room, and the bike was light enough that you could bring plenty of tools. I called the hotel and they said no bikes in the room. I hope people are nice enough to let me use their power washer real quick, especialy if they are a team there to promote the company. |

Yeah the bikes in the hotel is a for sure no go, unless it opens to outside, then you SNEAK it in... but there is another thread http://www.planetminis.com/74/bike-t...-117238-2.html the guy in the first post on that page has a place for people to keep bikes. hit him up. | |
