Thumbs up Top Notch event at Rocky Hill Round 6

What did you all think?

I would say conditions could not have been better. Turnout was great full gates all around but not packed. Not to mention the gorgeous weather. I know i had multiple battles to the end and could not have enjoyed it more.

Hope you all took time to thank Daveo and Tony for hosting this for us. Where would we be without pitbike racing?

Thumbs up all around and see you at cycles!

Re: Top Notch event at Rocky Hill Round 6

I had a great time. It was my first MoM race and was the slowest guy out there but still got thumbs up by the flaggers and people around the track. Its cool people are so good to the slow guys haha. Its not so intimadating when everyone is cool with you no matter your riding ability.

Jennie has a bruised tailbone. She's on her way home as we speak, if not, she's alreadyy there. She said the hospital was great and saw her right away.

I never thought that the track would come around but it was awesome. Thanks to everyone who helped out, I know Mike you worked on it a lot and I also saw Matt grooming too. Also thanks to davo as always for putting on the show! Andd the scoringg ladies andd sign up ladies ect ect :] Glad to see youre doing ok Laurie!

A HUGE thanks to Ryan and Matt for letting me ride your bikes today - I had a blast on them.

Re: Top Notch event at Rocky Hill Round 6

It was a perfect day. Blue skies, no dust, dark tacky dirt with perfect ruts, and Jennie's ok. That's the best part. I think everyone there was really worried.

I could have done without Peter Walck in a thong though...

The track was so much fun, im glad to hear she is doing good. i was worried for her when i heard she was complaining of back pain. Cant wait to see the pictures and video! Nice work on the track mike, and thanks to Hutch i was able to race, my shifter snapped after the first race and i was panicked to find parts

Re: Top Notch event at Rocky Hill Round 6

Thank you all - it means a lot to us to hear your feedback and I have passed it on to our entire crew. We would not have these events if it were not for everyone's help - MoM staff, flaggers, track crew and all of you bringing your friends

Super cool to see so many new faces! Welcome to you all and hope you come back.

Best news was when Matt called me last night to say Jennie was ok - she is one of our favorites - been there since day one and never looked back - she is the reason there is a women's class because he was there every race, rain or shine, battling the boys - always with a smile. Stoked you are ok Jennie!

Cant believe Cycles is only 2 weeks away - spent all day washing everything we own - tents, carpets, event supplies - you name it... The track was mint for sure - but the parking lot was under water when we got there at 7am - Mike and Matt - thank you for all of you hard work. Tony and RH crew too!

its beer 30 and im getting a drink!
