Over on MonkeyBike UK they have a test Cub with the new fuel injection that they say is getting 300 mpg. That's unbelievable. I wish we had them here.

I would definitely roll the scooter if it got 300mpg.

that would be sweet!!! When I first saw it, I was thinking there is no way that its getting 300mpg... but it MIGHT be possible with EFI. And thats a big MIGHT.

I have a 1981 C70 Passport remarkable like that and it gets 115+MPG with a carburetor!

I personally won't want to ride a 50cc cub on US streets as they will be slow as heck and won't get out of their own way. The 2009 Honda Monkey will be fuel injected, and my guess all of the Honda models will go in this direction in the near future.

Yep...my c70 used to do about 95mph ragged out all the time with a carb. I never should have sold that thing...

yea that 300 mpg is proabably at 6mph haha

and those are kinda not so cool looking at all. but you could ride for like 2 weeks on a gallon that would be kinda cool

wher can you buy the new monkeys? do you have to get them imported from japan or is ther a place in the US you can buy them? more specifically in cali
