| Chinese ummm "replica" ruckus mutations..
I might as well start the wacky Chinese "knock off" thread... These use the GY6 motors and the description says "Japanese Quality." lol I have my fingers crossed that they will build some with the crf50 type motors, and I have a feeling I won't be disappointed... |

I hope they get EPA approval, it would be fun to play with and get some cheap parts/gy6 conversion gear. I am not a 3 wheeler fan, but they look cool. I have flashbacks to the days of riding "Big Red," my dad's first ATV purchase. I must have rolled that 3 wheeler 15 times : ) I would not want to do it again.. I can't imagine the scooter and concrete being a good way to retest old technology. If you did wreck, then you couldn't say a word. I doubt people would feel bad that you "bought a chinese 150cc 3 wheeled scooter replica of a 2 wheeled 50cc scooter and the damn thing flipped on the first 60mph turn! I'd still buy one : ) |

Ive worked on alot of these things and though they are from china what you get for the money is well worth it. I would only reccomend that you are at the least a little mechanicaly inclined!!

Guys, I have been thinking about getting some of these, anyone want some for cheap? If you do let me know, cause I am going to make a few sample orders. Not looking to make money on them, just get them in to check the quality etc..

I think they're pretty cool, but is the rear track wide enough that they won't have the stability problems of the old 3 wheel atv's? Old timers will remember that the safety nazis damn near killed the atv market in it's infancy. Three wheel atvs were deemed unsafe and legislated out of existence. |

There is already a ton of companies selling 3 wheel scooters here in the USA. They are called Mobility scooters for handicapped and old people. This is the only segment that should be riding a 3 wheeled vehicle without big mud tires. Since Dicktony isn't old, he obviously falls within the other demographic. ![]() | |
