| Re: New Honda Ruckus/Zoomer Forum
Wait list is crazy on these things at the dealerships in Cali. Sucks to have to pay MSRP. I have a few friends who have them and they look like a blast. If I could find one for a decent price this will definitely be my next 50 project. |

I created this thread for posting links to used bikes, locating new bikes, or discussing prices paid on recent purchases. I will be moving posts on this subject to this thread for now. Thanks, -R |

| Re: Finding new/used Ruckus... This post was meant to be the first in the thread, : ) It was not directed at you or anyone. If you give me a little room for error while I master these powers..Soon we shall have the forum that can only be described as the "ruckus Rome." Unfortunately it cannot be built in day. I don't want to be the fired as a volunteer mod on my first day, you can't recover from that type of failure... -R |

Damn, if people are buying up Ruckus's, Ninjia250s, and WR250x's like crazy why doesnt Honda release the XR100 Motard here in the states? I think if they did they would sell a ton of them.

Brad, I suppose scooter are less intimidating than a multi-geared mini motorcycle. Motorcycle = intimidating Scooter = tame Also, parents wouldn't let their kids buy a motorcycle, but a scooter isn't fast or expensive. I remember in college in the late 80s early 90s, everyone had scooters including lots of the girls due to the demure and tame nature of the Honda Spree scooters. That's probably why the Ruckus is so popular, plus it doesn't look like a traditional scooter. Last edited by shw911; 08-11-2008 at 03:12 PM. |

100 mpg. no "M" endorsement required(depending on state). ****load of aftermarket. Non-gay scooter looks. Sad that their only getting popular now because of Rob and Big and crazy gas prices. Been ruckin' since '05 and loving every minute of it. It gets ridden more than all my other bikes. I guess I just like riding something thats actually not faster than me. |

Here's one for $500 in Tucson, it would be great for a GY6 conversion. I would buy it if I were closer. 2003 Honda Ruckus Scooter |
