I saw a bunch of 24mm Mikuni carbs on Ebay for $30 shipped. Are these real? Has anyone tried them to see if actually work ok? I figure they are counterfeit garbage, but I could be wrong. Thanks, Chris.

i think its definently safe to say thats its a cheap knock-off mikuni carb. spend some extra money and by yourself a tb carb, much better than anything you'll buy off ebay. Quote:

I agree, there's alot of knockoffs out there that say they are authentic Mikunis. Beware, and buy the real thing. TB or TBR are very reputable, and I'd buy from either anytime. Nothing worse than a nice engine with a crappy carb that gives you fits!

Trail bikes. sorry about that haha. i have the shengway 20mm carb that came with my 88 kit and ive had no problems with it at all, just made a few adjustments to the air flow screw and its good to go! Quote:
