BBR High Lift Cam in a Stock Motor

I have a high lift cam left over from my 88 FTP Big bore kit from BBR and was wondering if I could stick it in a stock motor or if it would grenade the head and piston? Does anyone have any input?

It'll be finre in your stock head. Probly a nice little power gain.

don't feel like it i guess stock head on top end can i put just the
race head on it or need more parts then that
