I can't speak directly for the 88 kit but I have purchased a clutch kit from them and it was poorly made with poor fitment and the clutch whined really bad. I took it off after only 50 miles and replaced it with a trailbikes version. They are not the same...

They are okay if your just going to be messing around on your bike or light riding, but any sort of heavy trail riding or racing I would definitely go with a trailbikes kit. I believe they are the same design as trail bikes parts, but made with cheaper parts and less quality is put into them.

Save yourself time, money, and the hassle. Get TrailBikes parts.

++++++1 for the tb kit, they are really reliable and you get awesome customer service when you buy from them. i think they are still running the $350 race head kit too, which is an awesome deal.
