Looks good and strong. Did you leave a wheel system on it to haul it around easier? That osb board might not last very long if you leave the ramp outdoors uncovered. I covered mine w/treated plywood and rolled some floor paint on for some traction and more protection.

we built the ramp for 14.01$ all we had to buy was the steel mesh from the hardware store fast88 (dano) had all the metal and everything else in his garage the wheels are for to move it around easier when we start to hit it and figure out wwhere it is prime launching location and ballard i will send you how we did it tomorrow |

how we got the transition required no math or plans wat so ever dont draw it out just build a frame for the bottom ours is 28"x100" and wanted it 4' tall build the frame then weld the 3'11" vertical bars to the back of the frame take a long piece of string ( the stuff from a kite will work good) tape the string to the vertical support at the back of the frame and run it to the front of the frame that you made DO NOT MAKE IT TIGHT you will have no lip slowly have your buddy let some slack in the string untill you have the lip or transition you were looking for then tape the string down so it does not move and do NOT hit the string when you are building it will throw it all off that is how we built ours |

Im a fabricator/welder and have always wanted to build a ramp but not sure i got the balls to hit it lol never got my head around gaps!!!! yeah yeah im a pussy lol for those wanting to build a ramp hit up your local steel supplys 1"x1" box section sould cost around $1.50 per foot so that will give you a rough idea of cost expanded mesh is whats used on fmx ramps but thats expensive |
