carb cap? adjusting valves..etc

so i got my engine in the postal system on the way home from terry at firepower minis...
i know itll have a new carb on it...and i got a new throttle n cable also sitting here, will there be a new carb cap for me to use or do i take the 1 of the old carb? kinda confused...

ok well im pretty familiar with the bike byt his point ive taken it apart numerous times, along with working on bigger bikes too..
but i dk anything bout tuning..
what valves am i adjusting and how/where

if he built the motor he usually tests it so it should all be tuned already.
You should just ask him.

The carb, and every "carb" comes with a cap. Guys selling them without a cap are selling "parts of a carb".

The carb will be jetted close to perfect as-is. I didn't run it, but it'll go like hell, right outta the box

i just gotta go pick up some oil..wait for a new swing arm bolt n ill be back in commission!
that n find me a cheap swingarm but im not waitin for that suckr im to anxious to ridee...o with my stock exhaust ha!
