Specs:
Kamikaze 88cc Bore Kit
Keihin PC20 Carb

So just today I went to pull my bike out to go for a ride, it started, backfired then quit.

I opened up the carb, cleaned it out, cleaned out the jets.

Now I notice (it may have been before as well) that my bike STILL won't start, and my overflow is leaking gas like hell.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Check your float.
