I would not get into graphic designs myself since the money sucks and work is not stable. If you're into airplanes, join the air force and take up avaition mechanic and work on the jets. When you get out, you'll have a trade and a ton of money built up from working. Now you just have to go find yourself a job. Aviation mechanics make more than 40 bucks an hr btw once out of the air force.

I have to do similiar things for a class called Exploring College and Career Opporunities.

We did a survey that would tell you your best the topics, and mine were

Mechanics
Industrial
and farming?

I was looking to go to school for autocad and design and stuff, while taking classes where I can learn to build and machine things, then in the end I can do the whole part making process.

I started working at a small hole in the wall shop in high school.Out of school I worked there for 2 years. Then I applied at a 5 line dealer, got a job in the parts dept. After 6 months the set-up postion opened up,I talked to the service manager about it.He gave me the Job.While doing set-ups I attended the factory training schools. After 1.5 years as the set-up guy I moved up to technician and service writer.Went to full time tech after 2 months(I couldnt stand dealing with the public being the service writer).Worked as a tech for 7 years.
I now work for a chinese importer as R&D and regional service manager(so much for not working with the public, lol). The boss has 4 of his own stores, and about 70 dealers nation wide that I handle service for.Salary for my postion is in the high 40's.

I hope some of my babbling helps you out with your project.
