Re: custom frame?

I kinda wanna bend my subframe down, so I can keep a 10" front wheel and not be sitting on the gas tank.

Re: custom frame?

To build your own you'll either need cnc machines or start with pieces and weld em together. It takes alota work and alota tools

Re: custom frame?

LOL, you dont need CNC machines to build a frame. anyway, here is an SDG frame that 50WHIP reinforced top and bottom.

Re: custom frame?

To build a frame from scratch, tool wise, I think you'll need a lathe for the head tube, tube bender and tube notcher for the backbone and sub-frame, brake bender for the engine mounts, a jig to hold it in place and a welder.
