| fork oil
im getting ready to put heavy duty springs in my stock forks and was wondering what kind of grease i should use on the the new springs. thanks |

pretty much any grease. I used white lithium.. all the grease does is keep the springs from vibrating and whatnot.

Idk .., I always use water proof grease .. The grease keeps everything move'n smoothly and it also keeps the internals from rusting .. |

alrite can i just use synthetic wheel bearing grease? is there any oil i have put in?

I always used white lithium as well never had a problem, im not too sure on the wheel bearing grease

70 forks wrk with 50s dont they? is there anything you have do to make them fit\work?

yea they bolt right on to a 50, you just have to re drill your frnt fender to bolt it on, and you have to make a bracket of some sort to mount the brake cable to the forks, (or just dont run front brakes haha) | |
