front sprocket

how do i change the front sprocket on my automatic engine? it wont stop spinning when i try to loosen the nuts. does the chain need to be on to keep it from spinning?

How about holding it with pliers?

well that didnt work, haha. i cant put enough pressure on it or it will still spin and its hard to get leverage on with the ratchet if i keep trying that way ill gum up the nuts

slap the chain on and hold the brake, or if chains completly off wrap the chain around it and hold it tight lol

I use an impact drill w/ mine it breaks them loose even w/o a chain on. "work smart not hard"

u just put the chain on the sprocket and jam the rest of the chain up under and in between the sprocket/cases so it doesn't move lol

well its a hell of a lot easier to do a front sprocket on a manual bike instead of an auto.
im just glad i got somewheres to go to ask questions and get answers.
im ready to ride this thing its going to be siiiick! never had a 50 before, although it is an 86cc. thanks guys
