The 4.1 is a good pipe but like i said i other threads it has a big ass header,it will work fine with the 88 but you won't get as much out of it because of the header size,it steps up to much too fast. You will get more hp and torque out of the PC because the header is a little smaller, and it don't matter if you go Titanium or not, thats just a weight thing.

PC for engines under 117. 4.1 works alright for bigger engines like 124 or 138 |

get the T4, the Ti4 is a waste of money. it just looks cool, you arent gonna save much weight since its such a small pipe.

As others have said, the pc will work better for your motor. I run the 4.1 on my bike (modded 107), and it works decent, but my buddy runs a pc on his with an identical motor, and it also seems to work well. One thing I differ in opinion on is which pipe is louder. Whoever says a 4.1 is louder is full of it, unless the packing is all gone. My buddy's bike is WAY louder than mine, annoyingly so... I'm not a fan of the pc myself, and would get something different than either of the two... |

I bought a PC T-4 for $125 on this site, and couldn't be happier with the pipe. Granted, I'm running it on a stock motor, but it looks and sounds awesome. It's not annoyingly loud like some pipes, but it still has a great sound. I will be getting the TB88 RH with my first summer paycheck....can't wait to try this combo!

i have a 4.1... had it on a stocker and its now an 88rh.... it was too loud, but i put the spark arrestor in and it really tamed her down on noise and helped the powerband, i like it..... BUT its a little noisy for a small neighborhood... i might be looking for a change... but it does perform on an 88rh IF you run the spark arrestor
