pro wheel shock psi?

hey ive got a prowheel shock im gonna run until i get an i shock but theres no nitrogen in it what psi should i air it up to?

i just took mine to the shop and the mechanic filled it as much as he thought it could handle. But it did not stiffen much. I ended up buying a HD spring.
