Reeg Swingarm

Hey, guys...I was going over my bike a couple nights ago because I was planning on racing at a local track's July 4th weekend race. I'm running Reeg's GP frame kit and I have found a small crack in my Reeg swingarm. Has anybody had troubles with this setup before? I don't know if I should call Reeg...or maybe see what a local welder can do with it. It's a small crack, but I don't want it there at all. Anyone have any input as to what I should do?

Re: Reeg Swingarm

My brother's & my swingarm are both cracked in the middle of our Reeg swingarm's right behind where they shock mounts and they would not do anything about them.

that sucks, I say just go bbr. You should be able to pick up a used bbr superpro frame, swingarm, and elka shock for about 8 bills used

Re: Reeg Swingarm

get it welded by a welder that can weld alloy and your be good to go!
look in your yellow pages and find a local fabricator and ask if he can weld aluminum.

that sucks that reeg went bust, but it sounds like they didnt have good customer service anyways!!!
