| TB 108cc exhaust
I posted up in the wanted ads for a big bore exhaust, only to have one guy with the old style chp get back at me. Its a good deal but looking for something more quieter. I guess what i am asking for is whats a good quiet one. I have read and read and read on here. Every exhaust is an opinion on which one is better to which dyno was used. I just would like a well constructed one that is on the quieter side of them all. Just curious as to what everyones cc is and how loud there pipes are. Got to order one this week! unless someone has a used one floating around.

TB 88RH on the motor, Two Bros. M-6 exhuast. This thing was stupid loud when I first got it. I added the sound dampening tip and it made a huge difference. It's defintiely louder than my FMF Powercore 4 was with the non RH TB 88, but not too loud at all. | |

Well atleast one person has a pipe. I think i am narrowed down to the FMF 4.1, BBR d2, or two bros... BBR and TwoBros. have a silencer. Then I read some people run big bore pipes on 108's and some do not. Any take on this?

Whats the difference in FMF 4 and 4.1? which would be better on a 108? Or is it all personal preference...

bbr pipe with stock baffle is your best bet without robbing too much performance.

The 4.1 is pretty loud. I had one on my TB88 w/RH. It's a great pipe though.

Already ordered the 4.1 at lunch. Guess i will build a tuned insert if i have too... Looks sweet! I can have it loud most of the time. Just want to be able to quiet it down sometimes. Keep the neighbors happy.

The FMF is loud enough to rattle your brain...it is no quieter than the Classic Ultima Pipes. But you can get a baffle for it that reduces sound, and unfortunately does kill performance.

I hate the ridiculous noise some of the pipes make, and will be starting a petition to send to all the pipe makers to add some social responsibility to their lines.

I know its a prob but I just love being louder then hell the power core 4 big bore sounds awsome and loud with the racehead, but the 4.1 sounds like a thumper and loud as it gets. love them both but the 4.1 was too pricey for me.
