Wrong, it depends on what crank you run you can run a 117 short cylinder with a 51mm crank ,a 124se runs a 54mm crank and the tall cylinder.You have to know more about the combination before you give an answer.

The TB 114 kit cylinder is a 69mm tall unit, as is Kitaco's '124' cylinder. That's all he asked, that's all I answered.

is 69mm tall with 54mm bore and has the honda 50 type pattern

(didnt see were $$ asked about a 117cc kit in his question)
