If your motor has any kind of power your going to need a rim lock to run pressures that low.

With out the rim lock I had to run 25-30psi to keep from ripping the stem off. With the rim lock I went down to 18-22psi.

If you don't have rim locks you should and the tire pressures 1st listed are what I run in all my off road bikes.

I find anything above 20psi without a rim lock and I have no issues. Mess around from there and find what you like. In big bikes I run 12psi for normal pack 14psi for hard. Anything in this range on pit bikes I tear stems. I have had no issues when I went to 20psi. |
