| some more help. carb issue.
OKAY OKAY!!! PICS UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! [sup]So as we can see, im having manifold problems... this is why I dont want to loose my manifold bend.[/sup] because the filter is still inside the motor area (filter doesnt stick past the ignition cover) awesome. ![]() here is a good perspective picture of the whole setup I have, I dont want to be the guy who wants his swap answers handed to me, but Here it go's. ![]() [b] The only reason I ask about this whole deal is because the carb might be to big? ![]() ![]() The other thing im worried about is the gas lines, they flow to the front of the bike off the stock metal tank, the inlet is shown in brass and is straight down, another pretty big problem if you ask me. ![]() It looks like I will be good on the throttle cable department, The cable hole is aimed perfect for the area between the tank and frame. ![]() I have a measurement of how far I had to move the tank off its center bolt to make the choke happy (3.5") , but then again I solved that problem with the first ever, atc 70 gas tank spacer.. well the only one ive ever seen. so almost all the space restrictions are solved, now the fuel flow issue is still way off. still need to add the nut to the other side tighten and add some adhesive. perfect fit to. ![]() I guess I would ask who makes the manifold that works? or one that is weldable so I can make it to the angle I want. not this pot metal china one. so whats your guy's take, and Im very proud of my spacer! like ive said, lots of idea's, no skill... to bad. well take care guys Ill come check to see what you guys think later. :rtd: |
