Trx 125

OK, I know this is not for TRX 125's, but I thought yall would be able to help me.

What kind of mods can I do to the stock 125cc Honda engine? I want to get more power out of it.

This is my old 4wheeler that I had when I was a kid and I am just fixing it up for grins.

Also, would a Thumpstar Big Bore kit fit a Honda engine? or are they only for the Chinese?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Trx 125

The TRX125 appears to be similar in configuration to the ATC110, and the Pitbike Parts are not compatible with the ATC110 engine, as discussed HERE

Re: Trx 125

I've got a 1986 Trx125. It is a little different, but there is a lot that is the same. I've split the cases on mine and I don't see why you couldn't hot rod it!
Mines been a pain in the ass but worth the $175 I gave for it, w/ the new chain and sprocket. It even has a cycle country snow plow.
5 forward speeds, reverse, and lights. Bigger than a trx70 but not full size. Great for the gals and kids.

Re: Trx 125

THanks for the replies.

I tried DrATV, and they couldn't help me much. Anyone got anymore ideas.

I got the engine running again this weekend, after it had been sitting for probably 15 years. Kicked over first try, after i replaced the carb.
