Email Mike at TB (vendor on here) and he will point you to the right kit for it. I went 88CC on ours and WOW.

Re: trx70 big bore

I put a TB88cc designed for the atc/trx in mine. It comes with a different piston than the xr/crf 88cc kit because the rods are different lengths. Installed and works great for me.

Re: trx70 big bore

The TRX70 has a crank that matches the 12V snout but a rod that matches the Old 6V bikes.

Personally, I'd toss on a Trailbikes 108cc Kit with the 51mm stroker crank and leave the OEM TRX70 CDI/Stator in place and run a 24mm carb.

If you only want an 88cc kit, run the kit for the 6V Z50's and CT70's with the race head.

Run the trailbikes race head....

I just installed the 88 on my 1985 ATC70 and it's a fun little kit.
