PM and Dirt Alliance Mini race?????

Planetminis has teamed up with the original Del Mar race coordinator Ken Johnson in an effort to secure an organized, successful and professional race. The race will be on the Grand Opening of Pala Raceway <www.palaraceway.com> on July 11th. The race will include the Mini Moto SX classes and rules. So there will be plenty of classes for everyone to race. This is a short notice so everyone tell all your friends to help get the word out about the race!

CLASSES.

PitBike Open 10”- Amateur and Expert
10” Rear Wheel Amateur/Expert Class- Must be 14 years (18 for expert) of age or older as of race date. You must run a 10” Rear Wheel. All bikes must use Air-cooled, 4-stroke engines with Open Cradle Frames. 12” front wheels (maximum) are allowed. Manual Clutches are allowed. Engine Modifications are allowed. Maximum Wheel Base is 45 inches.


PitBike Open 12”- Amateur and Expert

12” Rear Wheel Amateur/Expert Class- Must be 14 years of age (18 for expert) or older as of race date. You must run a 12” Rear Wheel. All bikes must use Air-cooled, 4-stroke engines with Open Cradle Frames. 14” front wheels (maximum) are allowed. Manual Clutches are allowed. Engine Modifications are allowed. Maximum Wheel Base is 49 inches.

PitBike Women’s 10”/12”
Must be 14 years of age or older as of Race date. May race any bike that adheres to the Pitbike10A/E and Pitbike12A/E rules. Manual Clutches are allowed


PitBike Vet30 –12” or 10” Rear Wheel Vet Class-
You must be 30 years of age as of race date. You must run a 12 or 10” Rear Wheel. All bikes must use Air-cooled, 4-stroke engines with Open Cradle Frames. 14”/ 12” front wheels (maximum) are allowed. Manual Clutches are allowed. Engine Modifications are allowed. Maximum Wheel Base is 49 inches.

PitBike 10” Stock/Mod-
XR/CRF50, TT-R50, DRZ 70 Motorcycles Only.
– Must be 14 years of age or older as of race date. The following items must remain “Bone Stock”: Engine cases, Engine head and cylinder (No AFTERMARKET aluminum heads allowed, no cylinder spacers allowed), carburetor (re-jetting is allowed. Choke must remain on carb), carburetor manifold, engine appearance (do not paint or coat cases), frame, swingarm, forks, wheels hubs (10” only front and rear), brakes, fuel tank. (Stock cylinder can be bored/ ONLY stock cylinders allowed!)
Bikes can be modified by changing or adding the following parts: Upper triple clamps, handlebars, grips, brake cable, throttle cable, kill-switch, throttle assembly, sprockets, graphics, tires, piston, rings, exhaust system, clutch springs and plates (clutch must remain fully automatic, NO manual clutches allowed) CDI box, air filter, fork springs, rear shock, chain, sprockets, foot pegs/mounts, skid plates, rims and spokes, shifter and brake lever, seat covers and foam, plastic

PitBike 12” Stock/Mod
- 
This Class is for KLX/DRZ110, CRF70 and TT-R90 /110, Motorcycles Only. – Must be 14 years of age or older as of race date. The following items must remain “Bone Stock”: Engine cases, Engine head and cylinder (No AFTERMARKET aluminum heads allowed, no cylinder spacers allowed), carburetor (re-jetting is allowed. Versions of bikes above with 14-inche rear wheels and 17-inch front wheels are acceptable in this class. ok im there now talked to dad my pit bike is done forks serviced brakes working but still havnt got a new rim so its bent. i may bring the pitbike and ride with a bent rim then buy one after hah

my boy mike does that alot, just take a hammer to it. somthin withy a padded tip if u can and give it a good dose of "who is ur daddy and wut does he do?".......lol kidergarten cop reference hahaha

but IMO if ur gonna replace it try to make it a lil better in the mean time. the worse a rim is the faster it destroys its self. if u got a spoke wrench, some time, patience and common sense will go a long way to balancing ur wheel back.
