Hi, my brother is moving up from a ktm 65 to an 85 small wheel. My Dad has said that seeing as me and my 2 brothers had the bike he wants to keep it, as its an 2003 but super trick :P Doma pipe, technoflex shock, bud racing forks, vforce etc. And he would'nt get the money back he spend on it. What I am after is, what do you guys do to the supension to make it ridable, properly by an adult rider? Is just harder springs or what? And any other things that make it better. Thanks ktmkid111 |

Get the forks and shock rebuild and valved for your weight. Possibly a bigger rear sproket.

just get it sprung and valved for your weight.. i setup a 02 with a 05 motor for 150lb. rider and i rode it alot... it was an absolute blast to ride on pitbike tracks. i wish i never would have parted it out... edit: also depending on your weight, but either way the motor setup for the most lowend power is better for pitbike tracks.. i ran a boyesen exhaust flange and steahly flywheel weight... it kept the motor lugging with a heavy rider through the tight turns.. i have them yet, check out seller supercycleshop on ebay..
