Good to hear I'm not the only one building a KX85/100. Check out my project in the "Small Wheeled KX100 Project Starts Now" thread. I have a KX65 pit bike that I ride $h!t out of, 2 close to stock 110's, and a mod 110 in addition to the strokers. And now a sweet RM125 too. Oh! and a Derbi powered Metrakit road racer. Go on Ebay for what you need. S.W.A.D. Cycle has a ton of nice (new takeoff) OEM parts for about half of what they are at the dealer. The guys' name is Jason, and half of my project bike is built with his takeoff parts-- including the bottom end of my engine, swinger, and linkage. IMO-- the Enjoy Mfg. graphics are the coolest on the market right now-- especially for the KX85/100. Check out my thread-- and you can see the ones I picked. I also am using the new style fenders by UFO in white. I just got my suspension done to my weight on my bike. I'm getting the frame blasted then cleared next week-- and it'll be time to reassemble. I'm thinking my bike will be the coolest KX85/100 pit bike around. I didn't want to do a 150R (already had one!) because the motor is high maintainence. I can work on the 100 myself, and I imagine it will be just about as strong as the 150R --L*64 |
