| ok i have a cr80r...
i have a 1996 honda cr80r and i want to put a cr85 gas tank on it. I have heard that u will have to make brackets to put the tank on the frame is this true if so can any one tell me how or show me some photos of your brackets that u have made if so, thanks |

It'd probably be easier to go on Ebay and grab up a newer frame for $100 or so shipped, then sell the frame you have on there for close to the same, than monkeying around fabbing up brackets, then getting your frame re- painted or PCed. -- L*64

Set the new tank on there and see how close they are. Got to acehardware and get some little metal brackets They are in the same section with the metal shelf brackets and stuff. Drill holes in them as needed and screw them together. Ace has extra bolts and locknuts loose. You can buy them indivdually. Probably talking $5 in stuff. Just and idea. I have not done this mod. |

Thanks guys for giving me some ideas but I found a pic of a frame from a 2005 cr85 on ebay like u said and it was 120 like u said Thanks |
