Honestly, the track looks like a bad joke. Do they have water, electricity, start gate? Equipment to fix track? Marked off course? Anyone been there? |

What we are trying to do by racing this track is give some guys up north a chance to race our series. The track owner is very very pumped to have us racing there and dsaid that the track will be perfect for us. He has all the right equipment to take care of his track. We are also excited to go to a track where they want us there, which is what we are trying very hard to do this year. We are looking forward to racing at WildRideTrack and hope to see everyone there along with some new faces aswell. See everyone this weekend at Happys! |

I just got off the phone with the owner of Wild Ride and He has everything set for the race .. There is a 20 man start gate, water truck, equiptment, electric ,and he whats us there unlike some of the (OTHER) tracks we have been to..Dave (the owner) has assured me that the track has changed since the ****ty pic of it ... DONT worry trust us this track will be dialed in for us .. He will have the track 100% ready for us to race on.. HE said the track will be ready and that he will bend over backwards for us to have a great event.. New pics are in the APRIL 09 section... hope this post will give everybody that is doubtful that wildride is going to be a great place to race pitbikes .... 2up |

I can see why some people don't want us to race at there tracks..... Why don't we beat them up after we race there. I can speak from past experience... When I talked about racing at my house in the backyard I had people saying the same thing... 1 thing for sure it might not be a big name track but we know how to groom and keep it moist. Like others have said this guy will do what ever it takes to get us to come back. All I'm saying is lets give it a chance before we dog it and turn racers away from it before we even get there. This is a chance to race with some of the Ohio guys who say our races are to far away for them.... hopefully there wont be any excuses now... |

We (Victor and son David Tamini #81) went to every round of the 2008 2UP series,2up National,Webb race and every round so far of the 2009 2 up series. We take racing very serious, but still have fun. 400 miles round trip for a 4 lap pit bike race is unreasonable. I know I am not alone in my feelings toward this. Can we bring big bikes also and ride the track after the races? Or a couple of hours before the races to practice? Ambulance crew? Power hook up for an RV? A guarentee of a safe track? Pay out in 10 and 12 open to make the drive worthwhile? Not for us as David races the youth classes but to get a good draw of some fast guys? It is the same weekend as the MDRA SERIES and Trapani race series. We are in a tight points race in both youth classes,MDRA and 2UP,it would be a 600 mile weekend for us and Kyle Davis. Please reconsider your race at wild ride, why not Breezewood? I am sure the owner of Breezewood would gladly welcome 2up back. It is a lot closer and I think the turn out would be better. |

I know I should of not said anything... I'm not trying to get anyone fired up here. To you Victor and David we at 2up appreciate that you guys follow the 2up race series just like we appreciate all of you that follow the series. When we get to the tracks it like a family reunion. Its great. All we at 2up are trying to do is keep the pit bike racing alive and fun. I want everyone to know that. As far as the list that you have posted.... I will check on the big bikes I don't think that should be a problem. RV hook up I will check on but I don't think you have that at every track you go to I might be wrong? I would love to have a pay out for the 10 and 12 open classes but more and likely will not happen do to the fact of we put all of the extra money toward the $7000+ pay out we will have for the Nationals. I hope you understand. We have been gaureanteed that this will be a safe and fun track. Medics will be there. As for Breezewood we did speak with them but it just did not work out. I wish it could of I love racing at that track. As for the long drive to get there trust me 2up understands since the closes track for us to show up at for the series is 2 hours away. I would love to have more closer to where we are from but that is not possible. Like I said before this is also a chance to get some of the Ohio guys to come out and see what they have been missing out on. I hope you all show up and have a great time. Victor if would like to give me a call my number is 703-585-9058. If anyone else would like to call with questions or concerns feel free also. |

I can't thank you guys enough for all you do to put the 2 up series on. I know it is a labor of love. You guys put on a great program and I am behind you 100%. I REALLY miss Mountaineer,I thought it was a great track for big bikes as well as pit bikes, hopefully the new track will be as good as mountaineer for the national. We will be there. Sadly we will miss the july 18 round,it is just too much traveling for one weekend. Depending on the turnout we will surrender the points lead. My biggest concern was that it is not a sanctioned track. Safety for David is my number one priority. This is a dangerous sport we all do,minimizing the risks is one of my main goals. The videos on the wild ride site do not help,a knucklehead on a utility quad jumping with no helmet did it for me. We will be at every other round racing multiple classes, hopefully missing wild ride will not doom our season. |

I understand the concern for safety I sure wish you guys could make. I love to see #81 and #00 battle it out. Like I said I truley do understand and safety is always our #1 thought on anything. I also wish Mountaineer was still open. Hope to see everyone at the next round. |

My Mood: | Re: July 25 race moved to 18th
We & (#00) are looking forward to going to Wildride MX , a new track is always a new challenge along with different riders. We are headed out in the next few minutes to Rocky Hill Conn. for the Master of Mini's race on Saturday. Hope to see everyone at Sleepy Hollow in a couple of weeks.
