In NL/DE/BE it is easy to get skyteam parts but in canada or the us, I do not know.
(I have seen us-people ordering parts from germany, MSR(monkey shop raubling). You can contact them in english.)

Here are two that I have dealt with personally and can recommend......

Monkey Shop Raubling
Be patient with response time due to time difference. Correspondence in English is a little awkward sometimes but still quite good. Let's just say that google translator helps sometimes. They speak English a lot better than I can speak German.
Shipping costs were typical and ship times were good to Canada.
