This pipe is worth every dollar!

it should fit anything with a honda head.
and Its massive! straight through designand it comes with an optional baffle. It's stainless

The sound is amazing, surprizingly not too loud. The optional baffle makes it sound like stock exhaust, which is nice for cruising downtown.

I turned the new rear shock bushings in the lathe to accept the larger 8mm bolts and I think it will be perfect for what I want to do with the bike.

I checked out the gearing just now, 15t countershaft and 32t rear sprocket. I have some spare countershaft sprockets in the 16t 17t and 18t flavors. I'll have to try the larger countershaft sprockets once I get the exhaust and dial in the jetting

    Thanks!
I'm still looking for rearsets and I plan on getting some longer travel inverted forks and dual sport tires. What are my choices?

I installed a lifan big valve head today, it lowered the compression and overall makes less torque but spins higher rpms. I was able to hit 65mph though. Tomorrow I'll swap the matching piston from the donor motor.

A word of advice to anybody looking to try a mountain bike rear shock. DON'T DO IT! I bought a DNM 220mm rear shock that worked great and made the bike handle like a dream, right until the shock shaft snapped. Luckily I was on a striaght away, I had just ridden 15 miles of winding mountain roads.

I called up Works today and ordered a new rear shock. It looks like I'll be running the stock POS shock for about 3 weeks

I have two engines. a stock skyteam 125 small valve and a Lifan 125 big valve.
I swapped the heads last night and the new head lowered the compression.
The larger valves helped the top speed.

The Lifan and Skyteam piston wrist pins are different diameters. I was surprised at the quality of the skyteam engine. It's got an aluminum clydinder and a fancy piston with large oil ports.

Here are some comparison pics of the lifan and skyteam heads, valves and pistons

I got my new Piranha 150 e-start motor from Vince today. I noticed on the online receipt that they recommend locktite on the clutch nut and oil slinger on the YX engines before running them. I searched around on pm and Google, but could not find anything pertaining to the "Daytona Style" YX engines.
I popped off the clutch side cover and found the clutch nut is different that the standard Honda style socket and there's no slinger.
Here's the inside of my new motor

Since I didn't see an oil slinger I decided to re-assemble the motor and move forward with the engine swap

I got the engine in and hooked up the grounding terminal and modified the engine wires to plug into the bikes wiring. A little bit of solder and shrink tube

Ive been messing with jetting for the last couple days and have not been able to get the bike running properly.

Vince @ Tbolt is sending some jets free of charge!
I will definitely be doing more business with them!
    Thanks Vince!

I got my new ZB graphics!

Tbolt is awesome, they always hook me up.

Hopefully you get the jetting figured out. Are you running the vm26?
