    Finished my DS80 Project

    Got my cylinder from FirePowerMinis bored, and the head decked. Has a Wiseco piston. FMF Fatty pipe and PowerCore 2 silencer. This bike is pretty quick. I like it.

    boysen makes a 2stage power intake reeds for these. have it on our jr80. these bikes really rip it up. what gearing are you running? I think we are 13/39, but that killed the top end speed. going back to a 36 on the rear. (too many crf80's think they're fast) Also, did you eliminate the oil injector? runs good on 32:1.
