    hey this is my new little toy any suggestions on wht to do with it, its a 2000 suzuki ds80 5 speed manual

    I had a guy bring one of those in with the same problem you have to split the cases to fix it. Or you could just bump start it.

    yea since its got such a small stroke i just bump start it you push off and just kinda plop down on it and kicks right over so tht is wht i am doin for the moment i traded an incomplete 85' kx 250 with an 88' coversion i did straight up trade so i wasnt complaining i had nothin but problems with the 250it also needs new tires put on it but im thinkin on putting a big bore on it but not sure

    I would add boysen reeds, the fmf pipe and silencer. maybe new top end, alot of cleaning and new bearings.
