need some info on an xr70

4. if i remove the choke assembly, what should i use to plug the hole?

you sould get a trailbike's 20mm carb with manifold for stock head and it comes with jets, it will work with any combo just have to spend the time to jet it right! so don't remove the choke is more of a pain than its worth in power!
