Crf 100 conversion vs crf150 conversion

I am going to race pitbike harescrambles in the air,large wheel,150cc class.Should I buy a used crf/xr100 cr85 conversion or a crf150 conversion.I weigh 185 am 5,11". My main reason for not going with the crf150 is weight but I understand that the bbr framed bike is 38 lbs lighter.The 150 is suppposed to fit someone my size better.I understand that since the crf150r`s came out that there are good deals on conversion 100`s and 150`s.I have seen deals on 100 conversions but not so much of the 150`s.Which bike should I choose and where is the best place to find one used.By the way east coast harescrambles utilize a portion of the mx track with the woods,field sections.
