lol your the reason i decided to throw the lil video in there. as you see nothing special i was to cheap to buy a bhj. just couldnt justifie spending 1600 on a piston vise that at the time i thought i was only going to use a handful of times. which my home made one works great for what i need it for

the oil cooler is nice. I thought about modding a air conditioning condenser for a oil cooler. how much did you spend on the ti valves? do you know of any ti valves that will work in a v2 head?

I have had good luck with a chainsaw decomp. you would probally be able to install one in about 5 minutes. it took me a couple hours. and I had to epoxy the hole. I used a hand drill and messed up. it still works realy well

Basically the same thing just different knobs. I have looked into the push button already but due to the 4 valve design there's not enough room to throw one in the head with out interfering with something. I have a few places to call and get some info but I might have a fix not going to get to excited just yet til I get all facts straightstraight

thank you ill need all the luck i can get. new gears should be tues next week i have a few tricks up my sleeve to try to get them to last longer. looking at the kitaco 4 valve came it looks really close if thats the case i believe there is a d-comp cam for it and with luck the kicker gears will last this time. upon tear down i seen some things with piston that i didnt care for and if i dont attend to it now its asking for a castrophic failure. so that means i'll also be changing rod and piston possbily crank and stroke haven't really sat down and figured everything out. needless to say its still going to be a hot min before i get to hear this beast run again
