Well the 150r carb is a no go. It's too tall and too wide to fit in the frame and have even a half way decent airflow path. So it's been tentatively sold (as long as I receive payment) and I've started ordering up the next set up. I am usually a guy who goes with the simplicity rule but I am already way passed that.

    Future fueling/ignition plan.
    Microsquirt EFI/Ignition
    Coil on plug
    34mm throttle body
    160-180cc injector
    Yamaha YBR 125 Flywheel
    External fuel pump/regulator

And a whole ton of luck. In the mean time while all of that is on order. im fixing up a few things on my cb750 to kill time. The new intake valve should be here in a week or so. And I'll finish up the bottom end.

I was gonna suggest looking at the Yoshimura TM series carbs, but you blew right on by that idea.

Well still waiting on quite a few key parts but I've started mocking up and building my wiring diagram. Don't want to splice the harness until I know 100% I'm happy with placement. But here's a quick cardboard mock up. Also oil Cooler mocked up.

I'm more of a HOLY CRAP!!!! kind of guy!!! I can't wait to see this thing go!!!! You've got some serious confidence to go that route on the EFI!! Although I totally understand your reasoning. I wouldn't know where to start, what maps to use ..etc!!!! Good job!!! I'm seriously inspired!! WAY TO GO!!!!

Well wiring should be sorted as far as where to connect what once I'm ready. Got the electronics box half way done. Think I've sorted out where I want to put everything. Made the new ports in the fuel tank had to get a little red neck on it but it doesn't leak fuel currently.

Used 1/8" aluminum used the oem petcock mounts. Tapped the aluminum for 1/4" fitting which convert to 6an. Then for the return port drilled tapped and helicoiled the tank for 6mm bolts. Then also drilled and tapped the aluminum for 1/4" npt. Then covered the whole backside of both plates with yamabond which is fuel safe. If all else fails I have a few back up plans. Have some base maps set up which should get me all up and running.

StorminNorman did up the new flywheel as well. Click image for larger version.

Well some mild updates. The electronics box is almost ready to be replicated in carbon fiber. Still need to figure out a few mounting points and finish up the rough wiring. Then it will be off for some fabrication work for the intake manifold and getting some brackets welded. Need to order my iac motor controller for the microsquirt. Might be slow going due to money constraints right now with some medical bills. But should at least have the wiring done soon.

I just bought a ttr125 this week and I have been spending countless hours researching engine upgrades. This is like the Holy grail. I hope you get it running soon, I can't wait to see a vide!

I'll upload some pics this weekend hopefully. finally received the last of my electronics so I can start working on wiring the microsquirt unit. and I'm hoping to start my fiberglass work on the electronics box next week. then it's off to the fabrication shop for a custom intake manifold for the throttle body.

Alright so I ordered a finalized can sprocket it came in and I specified the wrong size bolt holes. So need to order up another set but looks like I can finally supply sprockets here shortly. Other news I received my bbr high flow filter I can't believe I waited so long to order one. Thing is freaking huge! Finalized my wiring the other day. Now waiting for a buddy of mine to have free time to weld up my fuel tank and intake manifold and we'll be set!
