I'm pretty sure there are oil coolers for the XR100. They are available for the xr100 motard. You might need to order them from Japan.Originally Posted by 1life2live

I just made my own. A oil cooler is a oil cooler. I don't remember if I upgraded the oil pump. I put it on when I did the 145SE kit so if it came with a oil pump I put it on if it didn't then I didn't.

i didnt even know they made a 145 kit for the 100. who makes it and what did it cost? looks like the cooler is a power steering cooler off a car? i could be wrong but i had though of making one from one of those because like you said a coolers a cooler.
Kitaco makes the 145SE. At first I bought a power steering cooler but it didn't look like it would cool enough so I went with this one which I got from earl's. Its a oil cooler for a car or something, not sure just told the shop the dimesnions I needed and they ordered me one. Here is a site I found but I don't think its the official site.
