    the kit im talking about for the xr100 comes with its on head. Its a Kitaco 145 SE stroker kit. if you scroll down to the bottom of this page youll see a pic:

    My KLX140L/KX100 fork conversion. Working on doing CRF150R fork coversion cause there is a wider selection of springs.

    i would just go basic cr80 forks. plenty of options.

    how much modification goes into putting and xr100 in a cr80 frame? sounds like a fun project.

    yes it takes quite a bit of work, depends how you do it really, my hardest part i feel was customizing the airbox to re route it. that was a nightmare. other than that and remaking that back bracket though its not too bad. i would get the tlr 200 motor though next time

    On my cr/xr conversion, I use drz/klx air boot for air box. It all ready was proven on a few conversion build over a TT. I apologize for the poor pic. Their in now a heat insulator inbtween the carb and the intake. I used .250 plexy glass for mounting rings

    whoa thats good to know about the intake! are you talking klx125 or what bike specifically?

    Yup, the klx/drz 125 air boot. If remember correctly, all part numbers are the same through the years. It fits the carb perfectly. However, it's about a inch or so smaller than the cr air box.

    wow, that is amazing! my intake was a nightmare plastic welding and resealing the stock box.
