    Any Upgrades for a Lifan 110cc?

    I have a 110cc lifan out of My 2008 Lifan Ct clone. It has maybe 200 Miles on it.



    I want to shoe horn it in my New Hooper Imports Z50 project but I would like to hop it up a bit more. Its a 1 down 3 up transmission. It will be used primarily on the street.



    Beyond the Bigger carb and exhaust. Is there a BBK kit available for it?

    TB 114cc 54mm bore kit. Temp outta stock There's a high compression piston for your stock 52.4mm bore, and a 54mm one and jug from DrATV. There's cams. Head work helps.

    Dr ATV also has a 54mm crank that'll work with your stock bore, or the TB 54mm kit. 54 x 54 == FUN

    Yep!



    You can get the high comp stock bore piston, or add an aluminum jug, and save a little, but the TB kit is a BIG power upgrade.

    Pretty much have to go with a 54mm bore setup and Honda height piston. Stocker, or TB import 114 piston will peek out the top 2mm-ish.

    Er, wha? I'm running a short rod piston on my Dr ATV 54mm crank right now, works beautifully?

    Yeah, he could improve his parts listings a touch with lil details like that. : ) It's those wonky Tak/Kitaco cranks that get all silly with weird pin heights.
