    starting problems

    i have a 125cc pitbike and its not wantin to start cleaned out the carb and jets and still didnt fix the problem.cleaned the filter also and changed the spark plug.. i can tell it wants to start but i just wont completly turn over. Im kinda thinkin its the CDI. Please help
