The exhaust is EP, it is Belgium made, titanium edition -98 DB or open costs around 650 USD...
The engine setup: Due to 160 cc limitations i am still driving it in this setup.
So this means stock 160cc with S30 cam for that litlle more high rev and Keihin PWK 28mm mounted.
Ignition: Little modified Kitaco inner-rotor...
For the 2010 season i will replace the engine by the newer version with automatic decompression.
Also the ignition will be replaced by a Takegawa ignition.
If some overseas mini-motard driver has some suggestions to make my setup little better, pleas feel free to post.
He directly pm'ed me this a few days ago about his bike he keeps his info on the down low so he might get a little mad i leaked thisbut hey shlt happens.
i just want him to not take it out on me when im sleeping with him tonight he'll pork me when i go to sleep and i wont be able to walk right for a month!![]()
Only one thing you must change...your tyres for SAVA tyres
PS: What kinda motor you have there 150cc??? Are those forks from 65cc KTM, did't se WP forks for pitbikes till now? What championship you will ride. And one and final question RXR where are they made, which country?
Regards, Peter
Don't walk--->Ride MOTOCROSS
Looks like a Dirtmax ttr linkage.

one of the nicest bike i have ever put my eyes on great job
Thanks for the compliments....
The engine is a RXR/YX based 172cc 4 valves, little modified...
It runs top about 10500rpm and delivers app 22bhp!
To get this performance we modified the cranck/camshaft/compression and of course the timing...
Not to forget the porting and removing some of the China bearings and mounting the PWK carb.
I will post a print screen of the dynorun...
To be hounoust, i took some time to get this result!
Reason, no 62mm piston to work on at that time...
The exhaust is a titanium EP, Belgian brand.
I do have a movie of the bike in cross trim, maybe you get idea of the power...
